About Sue Rigler

June 2014
I met Sue Rigler about three years ago and I haven't looked back since. Anyone who has met her, could say the same. How to describe Sue Nauman Rigler in one paragraph? Near to impossible, considering she is the most electrifying woman I know. I'd tell you her age, but you wouldn't believe me if I tried, because her charming looks, and ability to out run me, are extraordinarily deceptive! Sue has, and is currently successfully raising four children, owned and managed several of her own companies, is currently mastering the art of guitar, and teaching spin classes that easily fill up once the rumors spread that she's back on the bike, all whilst trumping her age category in every race she participates- including the notorious Iron Man. Needless to say, this is a woman who follows her dreams day in and day out. One particular interest Sue has always had a passion for, yet hasn't delved into, apart from it's delicious consumption, is that secret word that gets our senses tingling, warms our tummies, is shared between the best of mates, and gives us a little courage -BEER. Being the ambitious woman she is, Sue decided to commute two days a week from LA to the University of California, San Diego to attend brewery school. We don't know what lies ahead in the future, whether it be a brewery of Sue's dreams, or not, we do know that we are going to fall in love with all of the triumphs and struggles along the way, and hope that you get to follow our journey as not only we share the knowledge of the beer we know and love, but the path to opening a company, or better yet, a microbrewery1
